What do you like best about your job?

I love the variety of the job.  I love getting to work with students, helping them grow, and seeing them move on to pursue their dreams.  I also enjoy collaborating with community groups and institutions.  Developing external relationships and exploring opportunities to join forces can often lead to advancements that not only benefit students and the University, but also ripple into the larger community in ways that we might not envision at first.
