What Do You Like Best About Your Job

I enjoy meeting with people from diverse backgrounds and working with them to aid their growth on their career and professional development journey. In my role, I get to design programs that respond to the career development needs of specific populations, such as students who are underrepresented, marginalized, and/or first-generation, as well as international students. I see it as a humbling learning experience.
